Ja, mich gibt es noch \u2013 auch wenn ihr das ganze Semester nichts von mir geh\u00f6rt habt. Es wurde schneller stressig, als ich erwartet hatte, und ehe ich mich versah, standen die Klausuren an. Dann war das Semester auch schon wieder vorbei, und ich bin zur\u00fcck nach Deutschland geflogen. Alles verging wie im Flug, sodass ich es nicht geschafft habe, einen neuen Blogpost zu schreiben. Und seit ein paar Tagen befinde ich mich bereits in meinem letztes Semester. Nie h\u00e4tte ich gedacht, dass zwei Jahre so schnell vergehen k\u00f6nnten.<\/p>\n

Aber bevor das n\u00e4chste Semester so richtig beginnt, lasst uns erst einmal auf das vergangene Semester zur\u00fcckblicken. Meine Entscheidung, eine Vorlesung in Harvard zu besuchen, habe ich keineswegs bereut. Zwar hat das dreimal w\u00f6chentliche Pendeln viel Zeit in Anspruch genommen, aber es hat sich gelohnt und ich unglaublich viele neue Dinge gelernt habe. Niemals h\u00e4tte ich gedacht, noch einmal eine juristische Vorlesung zu belegen \u2013 im Bachelor kamen mir diese immer besonders lang und schwierig vor. Und ja, es war immer noch anspruchsvoll, aber gleichzeitig auch unglaublich interessant. Ein absolutes Highlight war die Simulation einer Insolvenzverhandlung. Au\u00dferdem war es fantastisch, Zugang zu den Harvard-Bibliotheken zu haben. So konnte man wenigstens beim ganzen Lernen auch mal etwas Abwechslung haben.<\/p>\n

Auch abseits der Uni gab es auch in diesem Semester wieder viele Highlights: Ich konnte Nordlichter in Boston beobachten \u2013 und daf\u00fcr musste ich nicht einmal weit fahren oder reisen, sondern musste nur vor die T\u00fcr gehen. Ich habe mein erstes echtes Thanksgiving gefeiert und es endlich auch zu einem Ice-Hockey-Spiel der Boston Bruins geschafft. Damit habe ich zumindest Football und Ice-Hockey von meiner American-Sports-Liste abgehakt. Ende Januar war ich bereits bei einem Spiel der Boston Celtics (Basketball) \u2013 auch das n\u00e4chste Semester verspricht also, wieder ereignisreich zu werden. Besonders, da mein Abschluss immer n\u00e4her r\u00fcckt und sich damit auch mein Masterstudium langsam dem Ende zuneigt.<\/p>\n

Somit konnte ich an Silvester nicht nur auf ein \u00e4u\u00dferst spannendes Jahr zur\u00fcckblicken, sondern auch auf ein ereignisreiches neues Jahr vorausblicken. Ihr k\u00f6nnt euch kaum vorstellen, wie sehr ich mich darauf gefreut habe, zwischen Weihnachten und Silvester etwas zur Ruhe zu kommen und neue Energie f\u00fcr den Endspurt zu sammeln.<\/p>\n
